Ya, I got that from your recollection at the time, but it appears he is the least of their woes since the trend turned against them. Maybe he was a big part of the reason,... I don't know. IR? What IR?

A company should really be careful what face they show the public. In retail the first person a customer sees or talks to becomes the face off that business. Retailers train new employees by driving that message home, and any clerk who is blank faced, acts like they don't care, or knows "where their check goes from". is retrained or GONE.
