ForReal, Fact check: The economy is booming. Who gets credit, Trump or Obama?

There are some mitigating factors there that are not mentioned. For instance, the Fed had a zero (0%) interest rate. However, when Trump took office, that federal program had ended. In order to continue sustained growth is much harder when borrowing becomes more expensive for businesses. Especially small start up businesses.

I'm not taking anything away from Obama. He inherited a fiasco of an economy. So, I give them both credit for the current situation.

As to fact checking, especially when it comes to numbers and figures, there is an old saying.

"Figures never lie, but liars always figure". So, depending on who you ask, there could be a difference of opinion. So, fact checking is different, depending on where you check and if it is considered a liberal or conservative site.

But I'm sure you know all this. They do have different political parties in Australia. LOL!! Speaking of, it looks like conservatives are gaining some power there.
