ForReal, Trump's campaign didn't include an anti-poverty plan wheras Clinton had one.

Of course he did. It was called "Creating Jobs", which he seems to be quite successful at so far.

As to the numbers of people living in poverty or extreme poverty, I don't know the current numbers. I do know that Food Stamp rolls have decreased due to the tightening of rules, eliminating fraud, various states enacting work requirements and an improvement in the economy and availability of jobs.
