Correct me if I am wrong.
1) GERS owns the patents and is licensing them to ATIS.
2) KK will not allow any more dilution.
3) KK will not take GERS private.
4) KK will have the filings up-to-date as soon as the small debt owners have been refinanced.
5)I think there is a typo in the 3rd paragraph. I think the outstanding share count is 20 million. At least that is what KK stated a few weeks ago and there has been no evidence of dilution, heck no volume to indicate that change.
