So I gave very good advice to my friend fast Eddie in the past and told him to file a Form 15 but he’s a stubborn fellow and decided not to take my vice. Since I am a very charitable human being, let me give him some other advice. The Facebook post that he created the other day is going to be a nightmare for him. He should delete that and it’s very good advice and here’s why. When he doesn’t take the current Company public which he will not because it will be impossible to get the financial statements audited, the new company will be sued in about 90 seconds. They will use that Facebook post as the main exhibit. Think about it. New company opens up with the same exact business plan with the same exact CEO and chairman and then they referred back to that post and say what happened to that company and the plan and the Form 10 and why did you go public with another company when you created that Facebook post. Delete it and you’ll be thanking me down the road. Hey what do I know. Just a man in Atlantis with a plan
