Can't think of any riskier reason to buy a stock than because an obscure "newsletter" is pumping it. Pretty clear that almost no one here knows much about this foreign firm, or the complex legal structure of the US shares.
I especially question anything the includes "Reg S." Plenty of posters on Yahoo are aren't impressed with this company's history.
First I wonder why this ADR trades so infrequently if the company is so huge. Red Flag perhaps.
