Maybe it's just me but if you are "investigating" something which has an actual living eyewitness, that calling the eyewitness to testify is a total imperative? And anything less is malpractice, clear and simple? The very definition of corrupt.

Dr. Ford was credible and deserved better than being left without being able to have a shot at corroboration.
