DSGT is trading into the timing of the Stockholders Meeting and more releases that will coincide with the Restructure Plan and of course the much needed Capital Expansion Loan. The 3rd 10-Q will change us in a very fair value share price.
This is now becoming an long awaited 'Return On Investment'.
As we move closer to the SM they will methodically start a media campaign to move the share price to a fair value of .01. We are now getting PR's on a regular basis. Nicely packaged for the stair step into the Stockholders Meeting.
Can you imagine holding a Stockholders Meeting facing Shareholders to ask about the depressed share price? No, I don't think so.
The company is being very transparent.
They have started what is needed and I am fully committed to be part of this ride.. I have a good feeling for a pinksheet company like DSGT.
Look for the next Official filing before the Shareholders Meeting.
