I did not say that water is the only lubricant for hybrid bearings, I said they work well in water. How do you think they can operate in outer space, dry, and other harsh environments. Please do your homework. SKF, NRC, and a few others make these. I could go into detail but...

Anyone here with engineering skills? This is my forte. Please do not resort to personal attacks, not a good engineering solution, research it yourself.
