The NEM will likely be a drag on KGC for a while. Although being handled in a somewhat different manner, it is much like a secondary as to the effects on supply and demand. I am a bit surprised that NEM is selling since I had assumed that somewhere down the road NEM would want to takeover the rest of KGC. As I have always said, though, gold is not my forte and I even more subject to mistakes in thinking than normal.
