And you’re 100% sure shareholders will be wiped? 100%? No variation can save shareholders? And there have been no other instances where shareholders survive this scenario? None? Well then, let’s make history! I’m finding it hard to find that in the documents. As surely as one can say “only some assets were sold, shareholder get zero”, others can say “only some assets were sold, there is a possibility shareholder do not get zero.” Imo and at this point in time based on the PWC and court documents.
