I post judicial decisions in MEC vs. Maciora et al as responses to my litigation stickie. The link to the case is in that stickie. Anyone can read the Motion and related filings to better understand what Maciora was attempting to accomplish, and MEC's Opposition and Reply.

This latest one is part of the Discovery phase of the case.

The way I read the Tentative, the Court wants Maciora to learn how to compose a letter enumerating the discoverable items he would like to see as a starting point to a Meet and Confer session with MEC's attorneys. He needs to learn how to communicate respectfully on a telephone and be able to think through the reasons why MEC doesn't want to give him information that has no bearing on his defense. The Court wants a simple summary submitted that clearly lays out the issues they can't resolve.

Seems he never paid all of his sanctions. They're a small fraction of the cost of a bottle of Louis the 13th cognac.
