Well....it would be BIG....that much is certain...only 160 million shares outstanding....

ALWAYS at least a 1X multiple at a minimum unless the company is on death's door of BK or something:

At a paltry 1X multiple:

$350 mil market cap /160 mil shares = $2.18 a share ($2 BUCKS basically low end)

BUT...on the freaking OTC...or even NASDAQ...if..if a company is throwing off serious coin like $350 million in top-line revenues...geez...a 5X multiple would not be unusual...and if pumped up...a 10X multiple is not uncommon....

At a 5X multiple to top-line revenues....based on the $350 mil revenue assumption....

5 X $350 mil = $1.75 BILLION market cap (wow)

$1,750,000,000 / 160,000,000 = $10.93 a share

This of course is just all wild azz guessing at this point- as we don't know how much of GIFA HOLDINGS is going to be rolled-into GIFA Inc and what fees that actually do charge on large loans (1/2 a percent would be common I'd "guess" or even a flat-rate fee, but when the loan totals are in the $BILLIONS the fees add up big too) so who knows...

I'd stay real, real conservative at this point...still staying with my AM $1 low end to $3 per share IF...IF...it all pans out based on what we "think" we know so far about what they do...mainly the large loan brokering side of their biz.....

IF they roll ALL OF GIFA HOLDINGS into GIFA INC and they truly are hitting targets like $30 or $50 BILLION in loans brokered....geez...I'll hold this till the cows come home and until they up-list it and all the rest...cause yes...then $5 or more a share could be real...but we gotta get through the gauntlet still of "GETTING CURRENT" and cleaning up the last filings and all that jazz....

Nice to dream about possibilities...that are not just waaay out wild..as there appears to be some reasonable grounds to potentially support them based on the numbers they've published on their sites, etc...
