The company can offer up to $100M of new stock ,warrants and etc to help fund their development costs with Tillary.

Tillary is funding 80 percent of the developments and igxt the balance. Of 20 percent.

At this point it is unknown how much these development costs will be.

I would assume the shareholders of the previous two stock offerings sold their shares
