I had not heard that. I would be surprised if that were the case for a lot of reasons, though self admit-tingly its out of my depth to talk with any confidence on it.

My perspective is how Democrats engage voters when it comes to capitalism. They talk quite a bit about how Capitalism in its current form is not working for regular folks the way it should..ie..Bernie Sanders movement. Not that that their wrong, but I see very little to no engagement from Democrats on a pro view of capitalism; how should capitalism work for people; how to support actual competition; how to make sure the doors for innovation and opportunity stay open, and so on. Despite having a far superior economic track record, I think the lack of pro capitalist engagement makes people nervous. The deficits vs strengths conversation is really out of balance.
