Although the company currently has a lower O/S than KGKG it is diluting steadily and has had several reverse splits in its short lifespan; listed below. The 2014 R/S was likely associated with the company name change, discount it if you wish.

HIPH = ($412,256) Q2 filing was listed for six months so had to subtract Q1 from it.
The comparison between the two companies seems almost unfair:
KGKG has a steady share structure (no dilution), debt free balance sheet and needs only moderate additional revenues to be profitable.
HIPH is diluting steadily (as is its history), loads of debt and losing enough $$ where profits are no where in sight.
Any stock can be traded but to find an investment worthy company you need to run the numbers; KGKG is an easy winner here.
