great post and i agree with you.

it also needs very consistent focus and he needs to just commit to turning it around.

my feeling though was he seems to have thrown his hands up in the air.

i even feel he could get an accountant to do it for free. it's not a large company and you would think someone might want the experience.

i feel if he had he right people to help they could really turn it around.
