here at home on the new "longer" Sunday ... dst ... with a very sore throat and a bit of fever catching up on a few threads .....
guess I caught it from my three yr od granddaughter whom I keep all day long during the week as both parents teach ....
unfortunately, I seem to be doing better than she....
back to the subject at hand of refinishing and the two part poly ....
I installed, back a few months ago, in a play room for her an Anderson 3/4 in tongue/groove oak floor .... made a nice pattern with the couple of shades of oak that I had purchased on a close out.
the room has a full length glass wall viewing an enclosed decked fenced area I built for here with the typical 3yr old playground equipment ---- swing, splash pool, sand box, picnic table, ets .. all homemade ... BUT I wasn't sure about the factory stain finish holding up through the U-V rays and the glass
everything is fine as far as fading (which I have had in one bedroom -- same Anderson oak) so I'm ready to use a hardwearing poly to finish it ...
therefore, I'm glad you asked brainless one the question about brand .....
another thing ... the outside deck playarea is visible through a semi circular window from the master bath and I've been given a WHOLE BUNCH of instruction on remodel idea my wife has in the bath .... LOL
she's painting in there now but my list is a couple of weeks worth of work, which will of course be supervised by our 3yr old ..... I love working for her *(Tavi, the baby) cause PaPa can do NO WRONG and he can "fix anything" .... LOL
