I would also add that they, through 2016 have audited financials annually; they've held the same location and contact information for a number of years; have the same employees (Cyril Jay-Rayon, Reva Lopez); have maintained Polymate site, Hybrid Coatings site, Nanotech site-all things that indicate a certain level of stability...
and, of course, a major point, I feel would be the continuity that we've seen from Darin in a new role this last year as he's been consistent with his contact with Shareholders.
