re floors. i found a two compnenet water borne polyurethane system which costs 40 bucks a gallon. put on 5 coats of semi gloss.

best stuff i ever used. hard as nails equivalent to the 25 year guraenteed factory finishes. in fact you can buy two compnent 25 year guarenteed water born finishes now, cost about 50 to 60 bucks they were not out when i did my floors

only problem is when you put in the crosslinker, you have to shake and stir the stuff for a good 5 to 10 minutes and then wait a few minutes to let the reaction proceed.

but i would not use anything else.

floor is so hard that the dog couldnt walk on it and the cats couldnt get a toe nail in it. dirt solved that problem
