What "company" did they buy???? Not BIOAQ.

If they want to "go public" they could RM into an existing SEC reporting shell for about $300K...or do an S-1 on their own for a little more than that.

No way FINRA would approve an RM into a Q ticker.

This is a dead ticker walking.
