We should be getting a formal filing on this imo. It could rocket this stock. I suspect the large ask is partially fake and a little bit of dilution which would be permitted because we are current. If it is dilution I believe they are required to make a filing on that within five days.

Let's face it they will need some cash to produce the product and take it to market.
