I will assume your tax calculation is reasonable and correct, and using Party's 30 growth multiple, the projected PPS from the pro formas is $3.36. Of course he seems to down play 2007 to a lower growth multiple (trailing PE).
Still a significantly higher than Party's calculation in the $2.00 range. I need to go over his post again.
And as you say, that is a post tax net profit margin of 18.2%
You know what this means? Without more big contracts, SLJB will have to settle for an AMEX listing! Shucks....
