The reason I mention about whether it is complete or not, was that in the interview Rufus mentioned something else had to be filed when Simon asked if the merger was complete. I got the impression something was still missing. Rufus answered with a sort of Yes, but... What about the share distribution that was to be part of the merger deal? If that hasn't or doesn't happen, is it complete? I'll pass on discussing this point since there is no way, no how I want to go back and listen to the interviews again...forgive me for my lapse in memory as to a specific fact!
