I-Framed Patents in the hands of Investels biggest creditor. Which is the CEOs family Fund (JAAM)

All rights on the patents as far as usage and litigation with Snap / Facebook signed over to UAMA

This was all legally signed up over a year ago between Investel and Unitedcorp.

The rights on the patents are not under question.

While its true to say that Investel is in receivership, and ‘some’ of the money owed is to Bond Capital, it is not true that the patents were individually placed as collateral. As with any loan, its partially made against the companies assets, but Bond Capital is NOT the biggest investor. (The family fund is)
