The SEC is so far behind in all its complaints and investigations that if it actually fires a file to the top of the pile I am thinking serious beyond serious. IT is serious enough at the best of times.

the SEC is not in the habit of going after good or even ,arginal companies. There are too many low hanging fruit in the bad companies for easy pickings.
