Magna group is well known for its death spiral financing. Magna recieved senior convertible notes summer 2014. The earliest chart manipulation was their handy work. Jason Sason who runs Magna was involved with the convertible notes in January but as far as I can tell never received a share.
Magna is somehow connected to Hercules the company which owned the note which was paid off in Jan with Sason & Anson convertibles.
Sabby was involved with the 2016 & 2017 offerings. They are in the 2016 10K/A filed Dec 2017.
