Well knowing SE, I am not surprised. But how do they ever fix the financials and get listed again? Followers may no actually be stock holders. They could be partners invested in oil leases?
The SEC revoked the shares, and locked down public share issuance, so I doubt the number of shareholders increased. SEC will not let it trade again with out all the financials being updated.
But this is very interesting news!! I still have my shares.
