I wonder why one would claim Ellison is innocent until proven guilty (no tape has been provided) and Kavanaugh is immediately guilty, and should be refused the nomination to the Supreme Court?

This whole Feinstein accusation smells like a political hatchet job. She had the info early in July, did not discuss it during a 1 hour private meeting with Kavanaugh, nor during the 3 day confirmation hearings. Why was that, I wonder?
