Seriously...I don't get it. Why are they a problem? If a company has gone dormant for whatever reason and is available for a R\M, why shouldn't someone take control & offer it up for a R\M? The person seeking the custodianship is merely a middle person offering up something that wasn't being used? Seems to me it saves time & money for those private entities looking to go public.
