Could it be that good old Steve is one of the principals in Sifthouse BC and has sold that newly created company to himself, as was done with his marketing company? He did make numerous trips to Vancouver.

Who purchases 75% of a new business with no proven assets for $100,000 and is “sending Sifthouse a payment of $100,000 within the next few weeks.”
