Big retailers would rather buy an existing operating business where they just have to fund their expansion than have to start a business from ground floor. I also believe that is what Rod is looking for also..
Not happening! Any large retailer cannot/will not hang out waiting for a dinky company like SPRV to expand! There appears to be two options for a big retailer! Build your own logistics organization or use existing means, such UPS, USPS, and/or the substantial evolving network of independent delivery contractors!
Every single mid-to-large US city is now being served by these independent contractors! BTW...On Courier is one of these independent delivery contractors, operating in a very local market! Amazon is building its own network via its small business assistance initiative. AND, CONTRARY TO THE POSTED MIS-INFORMATION, ON COURIER IS NOT A PARTICIPANT! Walmart, is testing its options for a US-wide network via a crowd-funded start-up, not via On Courier 365!
On Courier 365 does not have the resources to expand quickly enough to capture a significant share of the "Last Mile Delivery" opportunity! It will remain local, or perhaps "regional", assuming the Company evolves to full coverage of Northern California!
IMO...Amazon and/or Walmart and/or whoever could give a damn about a miniscule package delivery operator, with no apparent special expertise or unique capabilities!
Keep in mind, On Courier 365 brings nothing particularly unique to the table! Or does it? Post any proof you choose! On Courier 365 is a small package delivery company! THE END! OH, BTW, there are a gillion similar ones across the US and around the World!
