No shit Sherlock. Mueller has made the referrals for anyone who did not register as a foreign agent and that includes Podesta, someone who worked in the Obama WH and a Republican.

Try taking your own advice and get the shit out of your brains. Mueller doesn't play favorites and crooks are crooks and Manafort is still guilty and copped a plea.
