I agree. That's just how SEDAR does it. Searcing SEC isn't always a picnic either. SEDI worse yet. lol

Don't you know you're supposed to read each and every one of those filings to do proper DD? (headache huh)

A better way might be to just hit yahoo or each of the news outlets, marketwired etc, or use google with something like:
