I don't understand it either. I do think if the company was in a bad situation and had something to hide, they would issue out PR's to try and keep shareholder interest IMO. I believe there is a plan for these divy's and the common's. I believe it was supposed to happen a while ago, but something happened behind the scenes. I would not reveal the plan to shareholders, but I sure as hell would tell them a plan is in place. LOL! It's all quiet right now, and we are just waiting for this all to unfold..
