If they got paid in full, why would the "portion of the Purchase Price affecting the US" be awarded to them? which lead me to believe they'll only get a portion of what's owed to them, and the rest they'll have to wait for the proceeding in the US to be awarded. Hopefully, that's not the case for I have over 315K share and I'm not selling.
