Yes,
I agree with you. I think if it does happen, it won't be until they get a foothold on the US cable market. Then they will have enough revs to support the $1 PPS and beyond. Right now, the stock is too diluted and they aren't quite at the profit level they need to be.

All that will change in a year or two IMO...
