There are 520 Million shares on the bid. A pending merger certainly explains all of those shares. My theory is a Medical MJ play. It was recently approved in Florida. I believe the delay in getting current was intentional. I am not sure how long it takes to get licensed in Florida. But if that is what is happening the timing lines up. I can't confirm this I am just connecting the dots.
