Pretty interesting that Leo had said ipix was in negotiations. Really, Leo? Your negotiations yielded a non binding term sheet. There is no longer any doubt: Leo is full of bull crap. I seriously hope aggrieved shareholders bring suit againt Leo and Menon for defrauding them.
