People who conveniently ignore the following just hope that there are some assets that are not under the jurisdiction of WMILT and POR 7. Either:

1) they didn't sign release

2) and/or they didn't buy enough of the old stocks, be preferred or common.

By "conveniently" ignoring the following, they accomplish nothing since the court ruling is done and it is now the law and it is not going to change no matter what one dreams about a different outcome.

It is done, fini, end of story.

Note: There is no assets, trusts or Safe Harbor assets that escape WMILT. It will all belong to WMILT and will be liquidated.
