I never said they did. That's kinda my point. Pointing to Donohoe's resume or experience to refute what I have said implies they themselves have contradicted what I have said.

They haven't, simply by virtue of the fact they have said nothing....and won't.

They could actually be advising FUSZ on when and how to affect the RS...and shareholders wouldn't know that.
