A premium to market occurs in buyouts when the acquiring company believes the target company is undervalued.

A similar concept can apply here - the underwriter can conclude that NFUSZ is highly undervalued by Mr. Market even though they may have access to the same public information at the time of their valuation.



My philosophy is to just be honest and balanced, and let the market decide if it agrees or not.
