It would be helpful to see an example of another company doing the same merger/IPO/third entity/new CUSIP scenario that you and others believe in.

I found documents by the same law firm that NFUSZ uses that have similar wording, and those weren't IPOs, so that leads me to think that the new CUSIP/IPO is not a very credible idea, BUT I would gladly change my mind - surely someone else has done this if it could be done, since the advantages are great.

My philosophy is to just be honest and balanced, and let the market decide if it agrees or not.
