I'm afraid not. No matter how many times it is rationalized that the underwriter will magically pop the stock up 10 fold and people will come flocking to buy it, it ain't happening. If the market is $0.50, they'll undercut that enough to where they can sell it all (and that is the goal, to sell it all), take their profit, and leave.
