I think we will be very pleased with the underwriters valuation. From what I have read and from very knowledgeable people I have spoken to in the IPO world, the Fusz story, revs from the newly formed entity, deals in place, future revenues based off that and what other companies trade at in the same industry- all add up to a 1plus1 equal 7 IMO. I looked at several companies with O revs and were tech companies. All IPOed at 5.19 to 8.09. I guess we will see......
