If there were a market for the recently issued warrants, what would they be worth? I estimate 30 cents.

What are they worth now without a formal market? Probably at least a dime.

So, the last batch of stock went out at less than 40 cents effectively when the market was flirting with 70 cents.

And Finesand wants a good management plan ........ . They would have to hire someone to make it up.
