Hayman sent an annonomyous package to the Mayor of Farmer’s Branch at a time when Centurian was trying to get approval from the city for Mercer Crossing. UDF was going to be the lender.

The Mayor distributed the annonomyous materials to city officials and pressured Moayadi to remove UDF as the lender.

The vast majority of Bass’ claims seem inaccurate.

That is going to look very bad upon Bass if this thing goes to trial. I think he’s either going to settle for a lot of money or lose.
