"There is no apparent good news that I imagine which will drive the price up during that time."

I can think of a few off the top of my head. Did I miss anything?

1) Press Release. I haven't seen a press release yet, so the WDDD story will be going in front of many more eyeballs in the near term.
2) Articles. Another positive article in Seeking Alpha (no not that Alpha) could bring in more buyers.
3) Institutional buying. The risk/reward is tilting even more in favor of WDDD. Some heavy hitters are likely to jump on board.
4) MRMD price increase. The MJ industry could show some "irrational exuberance" and share price could skyrocket.
5) Favorable share structure with no pressure to dilute.
