First address IPR. Which the PTAB should consider, not WILL, but should consider additonal discovery----TIME----

If they don't time bar...the claims vacated...can simply be taken away again.

The vacate simply says...for now, while time bar is being determined, your ruling has been vacated, but if you don't time bar, go ahead and do the same thing again if you want.

so if no time bar, claims can be vacated again, and WDDD will CAFC appeal again...
