In order to get up-listed there will be reverse split. My guess it will be some where between a 5x to 10x reverse split. With over 200m shares outstanding it will probably be closer to 10x. I know the float will be low during the 6 month tie up but it will take almost that much time to get the up listing done. My guess is they shoot for Q1 2019.
